THINGS TO BRING:
1. Towel
2. Water bottle
3. Wear sports shoes
4. Spare clothes(if you wish to change after class)
Additionally,
1. Please bring own water/ water bottle
2. Avoid contact between water bottle and water dispenser
3. If you have symptoms such as cough, flu, fever or sore throat, kindly refrain from joining the session.
4. *Please wear slippers/outside shoes and only change to sports shoes after entering studio*. Kindly use the spray sanitizer to sanitize your hands and bottom of shoes. Sanitizers are provided in the studio.
5. If there is any cancellation/changes, please inform 12 hours in advance. Any cancellation after that is considered class attended/no-show.
This is women class so we will wear cloth for short video then you can wear anything you like as long as you are comfortable. Be free be you
